Siddhivinayak Plastomech is equipped with lathe, drilling, grinding, EDM high speed CNC machines in our mold making workshop. It has a full complement of auxiliary manufacturing functions.
Mould Standard:
Siddhivinayak Plastomech is always using high standard of mould bases in our mold making workshop as per our customer requirement.
Organization
It's well known that a successful mould making project depends on successful project management. This includes effective scheduling of the workflow, good communication both internally and with customers and good control of the manufacturing process. We offer a complete and effective project management system.
Project Tracking
We update the machining status on each week's process report and we send the mail of report to all the concerned department of our customer.
Project Report
Project report is very important to keep the mould machining process updated. We provide updated mould process weekly report to customer each week along with photos of work in progress and videos of trials as needed. Additionally, You can ask the updated status at any time during the mould manufacture process and We are pleased to offer you all information you need.
Incoming Quality Control
After receiving all materials and components, We check them carefully to see if they meet the requirement of the project. Certificates of the steel and plastic material are avaliable on request.
In Process Quality Control
Before being released to machining for the next step, all mould components and parts are checked.
Final Quality Control
Upon completion of building each mould, We make the final quality check for the key points of each mould to ensure no step has been overlooked and the mould is of the highest quality.
